Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must use an email address you can access and keep your account information accurate. You are responsible for your account, password, server files, plugins, users, subusers, and anyone you give access to your server panel.

2. Free Servers

Free servers are provided for Minecraft gameplay, testing, small communities, and creator projects. Free resources may include a dedicated Ryzen 9 7950X3D core, 4GB DDR5 RAM, and 10GB storage when available. Free servers do not require a credit card, setup fee, or monthly contract.

Free server resources are still subject to fair use. MiniMineGames may suspend, limit, restart, or remove free servers that are abandoned, abused, misconfigured, or harmful to the network or other users.

3. Paid Servers

Paid servers include the features available to free servers and run on separate paid-tier hardware from free-tier servers. Paid servers may be ordered with more RAM, storage, or other upgrades depending on availability.

Paid service starts after checkout and provisioning. If an order needs manual review, delivery may be delayed until the review is complete.

4. Billing, Renewals, And Refunds

You agree to pay all invoices for paid services by the listed due date. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination. If automatic renewal or subscription payments are enabled, you are responsible for canceling before the next renewal if you no longer want the service.

Refunds are not guaranteed for used server time, completed setup, abuse-related suspensions, violations of these terms, chargebacks, or cancellations after renewal. MiniMineGames may review refund requests case by case through support.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use MiniMineGames services for activity that harms other users, the network, MiniMineGames, or third parties. Prohibited activity includes:

• Malware, phishing, spam, scams, botting, crypto mining, or illegal content.
• DDoS attacks, stress testing, port scanning, proxy abuse, or network attacks.
• Content or behavior that violates applicable law or platform rules.
• Attempts to bypass limits, exploit the panel, access other accounts, or abuse free resources.
• No miners, proxies, tunnels, bots, scanners, background services, self-deleting scripts, or non-Minecraft processes. Servers must run the approved Minecraft startup command only. Abuse results in immediate suspension.
• Hosting non-Minecraft workloads unless MiniMineGames gives permission.

6. Minecraft Files, Mods, And Plugins

You are responsible for any plugins, mods, worlds, datapacks, configs, server jars, and uploaded files used on your server. Broken plugins, malicious files, excessive resource usage, or unsafe configs may cause suspension, data loss, or required cleanup.

7. Subusers And Access

You may add subusers through the server control panel. Only add people you trust. MiniMineGames is not responsible for damage, deletion, abuse, or configuration changes made by users you authorize.

8. Domains And Server Addresses

Custom domains and free custom subdomains may be available by request. Domain requests can be denied, changed, or removed if they are misleading, abusive, unused, or violate these terms.

9. Backups And Data

Backups may be available, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important files. MiniMineGames does not guarantee that backups will always exist, complete successfully, or restore every file.

10. Uptime And Maintenance

MiniMineGames aims to keep servers available 24/7, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, crashes, hardware issues, abuse reviews, security events, upstream outages, or emergency actions may cause downtime, restarts, or temporary loss of access.

11. Suspensions And Termination

MiniMineGames may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, chargebacks, abuse, security risk, illegal activity, violation of these terms, or behavior that harms staff, users, or infrastructure. Severe abuse may result in removal without notice.

12. Support

Support is primarily handled through the MiniMineGames Discord server and billing/support systems. Support response times are not guaranteed, especially for free services, but staff will help when available.

13. Changes To These Terms

MiniMineGames may update these terms when needed. Continued use of MiniMineGames services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
