Account
You are responsible for your account security, service activity, and anyone you allow to access your services.
These terms apply to the use of NetherHost free servers, paid services, billing, support, Discord requests, and related customer services.
You are responsible for your account security, service activity, and anyone you allow to access your services.
Free servers are offered as available and may be limited, reclaimed, or adjusted to protect platform stability.
Paid plans renew through the billing platform and follow the service, invoice, and refund rules listed below.
Illegal activity, malware, attacks, fraud, or service abuse can lead to immediate suspension or termination.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, including actions taken by subusers or anyone you share access with.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately through the official support flow.
Free servers are designed for testing, small worlds, and lightweight communities. Free services may be subject to capacity limits, temporary throttling, or feature limitations to protect service quality for everyone.
Free servers do not guarantee the same availability, recovery options, or upgrade flexibility as paid services.
Paid services are provisioned through the billing platform and remain active while invoices are paid and the service stays within these terms. Paid plans may offer more RAM, storage, backup options, support priority, and location flexibility.
Specific resources and included features depend on the product you purchase in the live checkout flow.
Invoices, renewals, cancellations, and account billing records are managed through Paymenter. Paid services may suspend or terminate if invoices remain unpaid after the applicable grace period.
Refund requests are reviewed according to the product type, service age, abuse history, and whether resources were already provisioned or consumed.
You may not use NetherHost for attacks, spam, malware, fraud, harassment, illegal content, account abuse, or workloads that threaten platform stability. You may not attempt to bypass service limits, evade enforcement, or abuse shared resources.
Additional rules may also be described in the Acceptable Use Policy and related support documentation.
You are responsible for the files, worlds, mods, plugins, and server software you upload or install. Use only content you have the right to use and make sure your software choices are compatible with the resources on your plan.
NetherHost may limit or remove files that create security risks, illegal activity, or serious service instability.
If you grant access to friends, staff, or community members, you remain responsible for what they do on the service. Remove access promptly when it is no longer needed.
Shared access does not transfer ownership of the account or service unless that transfer is approved through the official billing flow.
Dedicated IPs, server addresses, subdomains, and custom domains depend on product availability and service configuration. We may change assigned addresses when required for security, maintenance, abuse response, or infrastructure changes.
You are responsible for DNS changes and domain control on any external provider you use.
You should maintain your own copies of important worlds, plugins, and configuration files. Backups offered with a plan improve recovery options but do not remove your responsibility to protect critical data.
NetherHost is not responsible for data loss caused by user error, unsupported software, corruption, abuse, or events outside normal operational control.
We aim to keep services stable and available, but maintenance windows, upstream issues, abuse mitigation, emergency fixes, hardware events, and software faults can cause disruption. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime on every service at all times.
Free services in particular may experience stricter capacity management than paid products.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate services when terms are violated, invoices go unpaid, abuse is detected, legal compliance requires intervention, or platform security is at risk.
In severe cases such as fraud, malware, or attacks, action may be immediate and without prior notice.
Official customer support is handled through NetherHost Discord tickets. Discord is also used for updates, subdomain requests, and community communication.
Support response times can vary based on plan, queue volume, and issue severity.
We may update these terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, billing updates, or operational improvements. The current version published on this page replaces previous public versions once updated.
Continuing to use the services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
